Do you need to clean up without losing content? In dadan, archiving lets you hide folders from your main view without deleting them. Archived folders are stored safely in the Archive menu and can be restored anytime.

Steps to archive a folder #
To archive a folder, follow these steps:
- Log in to your dadan account. The Home page opens by default.
- You can switch to the Personal Library, a Team Space, or any other location to sort a folder.

- Find the folder you want to archive and click the three dots [⋮] button.

- A dropdown menu will expand, click Archive.
- A confirmation box will appear.
- Click the Yes, archive it! button to continue sending the folder to the Archive menu.

Tip: Once archived, the folder will no longer appear in your main folder list but will remain accessible from the Archive menu.
