Sometimes you want to share your dadan videos beyond your team. Whether it’s with clients, partners, or the public, making a video public means anyone with the link can watch it, and no login is required.

Steps to make videos public #
Follow these steps to update your video’s visibility settings:
- Log in to your dadan account. By default, you’ll land on your Personal Library page. You can switch to a Team Space or any other location to sort a folder.

- In the Videos section, find the video you want to share.
- Click the three-dots [⋮] icon next to the video.
- In the sub-menu, select Make Public.

- Note: Making a video public means anyone with the link can watch it, and no login is required
Make a public video private #
To make a public video private again:
- Repeat the steps above and select Remove from public (only visible for public videos).

Tip: Public videos are great for sharing product demos, tutorials, or announcements outside your team. Just remember, anyone with the link can view them, so only make videos public when you’re ready to share them broadly.
