Dadan provides cloud storage for your recorded videos and resources. This guide will help you understand how to manage your account storage efficiently.
Accessing your storage usage #
To manage your dadan storage:
- Open the dadan web app and click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account & Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Plan & Billing section. It includes several sections.
- Click Storage.
Checking your storage usage #
To check your storage usage:
- At the top, you will see a progress bar indicating your used and available storage.
- The total storage used is displayed in MB/GB.
Sorting and filtering stored files #
To easily locate your stored files:
- Click on the Sort dropdown menu.
- Choose from available sorting options, such as Date created.
- To switch between ascending and descending order, click the sorting icon next to the dropdown menu.
Deleting unwanted files #
To free up storage space:
- Click the Delete button under the details of the file that you want to remove.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
⚠️Important notes:
- Deleting a file is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Ensure you download any necessary files before deleting.
Understanding storage limits #
Dadan offers different storage capacities based on your subscription plan. Track your usage and upgrade when needed to ensure uninterrupted access to your content.
- Free and paid plans have different storage limits.
- Upgrade your plan if you need more storage.
- You can check the available upgrade options by clicking Power Up Your Plan in the left sidebar.
