Dadan provides cloud storage for your recorded videos and resources. This guide will help you understand how to manage your account storage efficiently.
Accessing your storage usage #
To manage your dadan Storage:
- Open the dadan web app and click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account & preferences from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the My Account page, which includes several sections.
- Click Manage under the Storage section.
Checking your storage usage #
To check your storage usage:
- Navigate to the Storage screen from the sidebar.
- At the top, you will see a progress bar indicating your used and available storage.
- The total storage used is displayed in MB/GB, along with the percentage of total capacity used.
Sorting and filtering stored files #
To easily locate your stored files:
- Click on the Sort by dropdown menu in the Storage screen.
- Choose from available sorting options, such as Creation date.
- To switch between ascending and descending order, click the sorting icon next to the dropdown menu.
Deleting unwanted files #
To free up storage space:
- Locate the file you want to remove in the Storage screen.
- Click the Delete button under the file details.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
⚠️Important notes:
- Deleting a file is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Ensure you download any necessary files before deletion.
Understanding storage limits #
dadan offers different storage capacities based on your subscription plan. Track your usage and upgrade when needed to ensure uninterrupted access to your content.
- Free and paid plans have different storage limits.
- Upgrade your plan if you need more storage.
- You can check available upgrade options by clicking Upgrade Now! at the top of the storage screen.
