Manage your Playlists: edit, share, embed, and more

Whether you’re organizing content for yourself or sharing it with others, managing your playlists is simple. This guide walks you through editing playlist details, sharing links, embedding playlists on a website, and maintaining organization by sorting, archiving, or deleting playlists.

Edit a Playlist #

To edit a Playlist:

1. Go to the Playlists section in the sidebar.
2. Click the three-dot menu next to the playlist you want to edit.

3. Select Edit from the dropdown.

4. Update the name, description, comments, or privacy settings as needed.
5. Click Update to save your changes.

Share a Playlist #

To share a Playlist:

1. In the Playlist section, click the three-dot menu next to the playlist you want to share.
2. Select Share Playlist from the dropdown.

3. If the playlist is private, you can change the privacy setting to Public in the edit menu.
4. Copy the generated link and share it with others via email or messaging apps.

Embed a playlist #

To embed a Playlist:

1. Open the playlist you want to embed.
2. Click the three-dot menu next to the playlist name and select Embed from the dropdown.

3. In the Embed Playlist dialog, customize the embed settings by toggling options to your preference.
4. Click Copy Embed Code to copy the code to embed the playlist on a website or platform.
5. Paste the copied code into your desired webpage to embed the playlist.

Sort Playlists #

To sort Playlists:

1. In the Playlists section, locate the Sort by dropdown menu in the top right corner.
2. Click the dropdown and select your preferred sorting option, Name or Date.

3. Choose Ascending or Descending to adjust the order of the playlists.
4. The playlists will automatically rearrange based on your selected sorting criteria.

Archive a playlist #

This feature lets you keep a Playlist and organize it into the Archive menu rather than permanently delete it. An Archived Playlist will not appear in the Personal Library or any team spaces.

To archive a Playlist:

1. In the Playlists section, click the three-dot menu [⋮] next to the playlist you want to archive.
2. Select Archive from the dropdown.

3. Confirm by clicking Yes, archive it! in the dialog box.
4. The playlist will be moved to the Archive section in the sidebar.

To restore an archived playlist, do the same previous steps:

• From the Archive menu, in the Playlists section:
  • Select your playlist.
  • Click the three-dot [⋮] menu.
  • Select Restore.
  • Confirm your choice.

Delete a Playlist #

To delete a Playlist:

1. In the Playlists section, click the three-dot menu [⋮] next to the playlist you want to delete.
2. Select Delete from the dropdown.

3. Confirm by clicking Yes, delete it! in the dialog box.
4. The playlist will be permanently removed.
